The school, situated on 3.5 hectares (8.5 acres) of grounds, bordered on one side by Ferny Creek, is well maintained and features many established trees. We are also committed to a three year re-greening program to replace our ageing trees.
The school is proud of its courtyards, oval, basketball court and two adventure playgrounds bordered by a beautiful creek and bushland.
As part of the Federal government’s Building Education Revolution (BER) a new prep-2 learning centre has been completed and is fully operational. The classrooms and buildings provide excellent flexible learning spaces.
The school is situated in an environmentally sensitive area which is close to bushfire areas. This is an ongoing concern for parents and does impact on student attendance. There is a community fire refuge on site which was completed in 2013.
