Principal's Welcome

On behalf of the Ferny Creek school community, I extend to you a warm welcome to our school website. We see the education process as the joint responsibility of school and home, and seek to involve parents and the community in the children's educational programs. At Ferny Creek we provide a caring, secure learning environment.

Parent involvement is critical to the life of our school. Assisting in classrooms with small group activities, listening to reading, excursions, Parents Club, School Council and its committees, Early Years Literacy and Numeracy program and our unique Reading Improvement Program are some areas we welcome your involvement.

I personally extend a warm invitation to you and your family to visit the school and inspect our facilities. An informative promotional package can also be made available to you on request.
